Bluebeam Rallycross driver and GRC Leader Toomas “Topi” Heikkinen heads to Loudon, New Hampshire to continue his winning streak

Just one and half weeks ago, Bluebeam® Rallycross driver and Global Rallycross points leader Toomas “Topi” Heikkinen earned his first gold medal at X Games Munich. Now Heikkinen, the only driver to have medaled in every rallycross event of the season, is heading to the US to continue his winning streak.

Topi is racing his Bluebeam OldsbergMSE Ford Fiesta ST on Thursday, July 11th at Global Rallycross Round 4: New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, and is ready to do what it takes to remain in the #1 spot.

“This is the moment I’ve been waiting for,” said Topi, whose aggressive driving style earned him a silver medal at X Games Brazil, a bronze medal at the X Games Barcelona make-up race and a gold medal at X Games Munch. “After finishing first in Munich, it’s time to push forward and maintain my lead.”

“Topi is proving that he is a force to be reckoned with,” said Richard Lee, President and CEO of Bluebeam Software, Topi’s sponsor since 2012. “Being the only driver to medal in every event so far this season, it is clear Topi will stop at nothing to win the GRC title.”

GRC Loudon is taking place Thursday, July 11th at 1:30 PM Eastern Time and will be broadcast on ESPN. For more information about Topi’s performance and for continued updates on the 2013 GRC season, go to www.bluebeamrally.com or follow Topi onFacebook or Twitter.
